  1. Smile
  2. Play relaxing music
  3. Take a few deep, long inhalations and exhalations
  4. Watch a comedy and laugh your head off
  5. List all the things you love about yourself
  6. Forgive yourself for the things you "think" you've done wrong -- move on
  7. Think of things for which you are thankful
  8. Try guided imagery, such as imagining you are walking through a meadow
  9. Write your thoughts in a journal
  10. Talk to someone. Talk to us.
